DeutschThe Porter® comes with a unique installation box, easy to apply both for light and heavy gates, hinged on either right and left gates, for both columns made of iron and cement. The gate works using an outer hinge to automatically push and pull back to make a slowdown movement, locking back into place.
Product Description
The pump we supply with the Porter® kit is the outcome of teamwork with the company CISA, in Faenza. It is not a normal pump. It has been developed for external use with Thermo-oil, to resist sudden changes in temperature. It is equipped with an overload valve, which allows the oil to flow without obstruction when the gate is forced shut. The speed is determined by turning the screw on the side of the pump, the final snap is adjusted as desired with the arm. The Box Porter® Kit has a keyhole sliding pump, so you get more hold when turning the pump away from its hinges, and then close heavy gates; we get less power if the pump is closer to the hinges and then we can close light gates, all this is available with just one kit.
Installing gates hinged on the left and right is interchangeable. Porter® Kit Box also protects the pump from the weather. It closes iron gates exceeding 100 kg., Maximum linear width 1:20 to 1:40 meters. You can install the gates with beams or panels. Once all is welded together, it is recommended to paint it in the color of the gate. It takes about an hour for the full assembly. The low cost of Porter® KIT combined with the little manpower required for the installation, make the product within reach of everyone. In addition to the outer box and the pump there are the pieces in iron for installation. The KIT Porter® is on sale in all good hardware stores.
